ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you'll support individuals in small group settings (1-6 people), helping them build independence, confidence, and life skills. This is hands-on, meaningful work where you're not only assisting but empowering people to live fuller, more connected lives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support individuals in daily activities, routines, and community outings that bring joy and independence Assist with personal care, meals, transportation, and medication support as needed Bring support plans to life by encouraging growth, choice, and skill-building Help individuals engage in meaningful programs, goals, and community experiences Complete clear, timely documentation that supports quality care Communicate and collaborate with individuals, families, and team members Keep safety at the center of everything you do Represent Impact Support Services with professionalism and pride in the community

WHAT YOU BRING

18+ years of age High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Valid driver's license (ability to obtain Class E license within 14 days of hire) Proof of valid vehicle insurance Reliable ability to pass background and reference checks

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to stay active throughout the day (standing, walking, sitting, using hands) Willingness to assist with lifting, repositioning, and personal care support when needed Ability to provide safe, attentive support during daily activities
