• Part-time, Full-time The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides essential personal care and support to residents in a group adult home care setting.

The CNA assists with daily living activities, monitors residents' health, and supports their safety and well-being under the supervision of licensed nursing staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding Able to give a shower/bath Monitor and document residents' vital signs and report changes in condition to nursing staff Help with mobility and transfers using appropriate techniques or equipment Provide companionship and emotional support to residents Maintain a clean, safe, and home-like environment Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed Observe and report any signs of abuse, neglect, or unusual behavior Comply with infection control and safety policies Participate in resident care planning and staff meetings Support residents in recreational and social activities

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in [State] CPR and First Aid certification preferred Previous experience in adult home care or similar setting is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Frequent standing, bending, walking, and assisting residents with mobility Can drive business car Driver's license with clean records Knowing a sign language (+Plus)
