At Show-Me Community Services, we provide individualized supported living (ISL) services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Our goal is simple:

provide compassionate, person-centered support that helps individuals live fulfilling, independent lives within their communities. We are currently hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for all shifts:

Day Shift:

7:00am-3:00pm

Evening Shift:

3:00pm-11:00pm

Overnight Shift:

11:00pm-7:00am •All shifts have a rotating weekend schedule. Whether you're experienced in caregiving or looking to start a meaningful career, we provide the training and support needed to succeed.

What We Offer Starting Pay:
