Direct Support Professional

The Arthur Daniel Agency is seeking a dedicated and experienced Direct Support Professional (DSP) to work one-on-one with a male individual in Manalapan, NJ. He needs constant supervision, including while sleeping due to frequent sleep disturbances, challenging behaviors, and developing medical concerns. Candidate must be comfortable assisting with ADLs and providing hands-on support as needed. The individual is deaf and blind so basic sign language knowledge is needed. If a DSP does not have ASL experience, they will be trained by the agency. Experience sight guiding is a plus. This role requires reliable transportation, as you may be responsible for driving individuals to and from community outings and appointments. Services are provided in the individual's home and within the community, making this an ideal position for someone who is dependable, enjoys consistency, and seeks to provide support in a warm and welcoming environment.

Manalapan, NJ Pay Rate:

$38/hr Hours/ schedule: Saturday and Sunday overnight 10p tp 6a, and other evening hours throughout the week.

Requirements:
