Cardinal Services is seeking a creative and enthusiastic Part-Time Direct Support Professional to lead and support gaming-based activities for adults with disabilities. This position is ideal for someone passionate about video games, technology, and teaching other in a fun, supportive environment. Qualified candidates should be patient, dependable, and willing to train and mentor individuals of varying abilities within the world of gaming.

Key Responsibilities:

Teaching and exploring a variety of gaming platforms and genres Teaching safe social platform interactions and expectations Encouraging social interaction, teamwork, and skill development Supporting individuals in building confidence and independence through gaming Creating an engaging, inclusive, and positive atmosphere

Qualifications:

A genuine desire to make a positive impact in the lives of others. Supportive personality with a strong work ethic. No previous experience required; we offer comprehensive training. Valid driver's license and current auto insurance. Ability to safely transport individuals and work in a Human Services setting with favorable background screens.
