Direct Support Professional/Up to $2,500 Sign on Bonus Cookeville, TN 38501 From $16.25 an hour - Full-time From $16.25 an hour - Full-time Sign-On Bonus up to $2,500 for Training in the following areas: Hoyer lift training CPR/First Aid Med Administration Certified Puree food Dining Plan Relias Bonus to be paid out in equal payments at 90 days and 6 months. Starting pay $16.25/hour. Direct Support Professionals (DSP) provide services to adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Our mission is to empower and support people with disabilities and their families to live enriched and fulfilled lives. Depending on the needs of the persons supported, the DSP provides assistance with living skill development, health maintenance, medication administration, personal care, and behavioral development. FT Days/Nights/Weekend shifts available.

• Minimum 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Valid TN driver's license
• Reliable Transportation
• Pass a criminal background check & drug screen
