The Director of Clinic Management is responsible for identifying and advancing innovative, relevant, and effective operational interventions across the HMH Occupational Health Network to meet the changing healthcare environment. Responsible for ensuring the HMH organization is achieving goals for optimal team member health and safety while adhering to relevant regulatory guidelines. This leader will oversee the occupational health clinics and services offered to HMH team members and constituents. Standardized clinic structure, services, and outcomes are key priorities as well as process efficiencies. Functions as the subject matter expert in translating organizational and business unit goals into real-world, well-adopted EMR workflows and content. Oversees all clinic managers in the HMH Occupational Health Network, allocates resources, and provides operational oversight and support. •This is fully Onsite with one day per week remote•Position requires traveling to all of our offices and network locations for coverage of regulatory surveys, education or committee representation at least one day per week but will vary (

Qualifications:

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

Bachelors degree in business or Nursing required Minimum 10 years proven effective and progressive leadership experience required Expertise in strategic/business planning and new business development Strong analytical abilities Presentation and negotiation expertise Exceptional interpersonal skills Demonstrates strong problem solving and proactive crisis management capabilities. Demonstrates ability to negotiate and reach agreement across diverse constituencies. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Ability to travel to various HMH and non-HMH facilities. Superior oral and written communication skills; effective use of diplomacy, tact and judgment with the ability to articulate and translate eloquently the complex goals, missions and aspirations of Occupational Health. Possesses a style which is both innovative and results-oriented. Exhibits flexibility while influencing others to improve processes and implement changes. Must have extremely strong service-orientation and ability to build relationships with senior and operational executives; demonstrated track record of success proving ability to translate customer needs into new business/revenue opportunities.

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:

Clinician with master`s degree Working knowledge of customer relationship building Change management experience

Licenses and Certifications Required:

NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License or Physician Assistant License or Advance Practice Nurse License or Medical Doctor License.
