On-site, Monday-Friday Salary Range:

We are seeking a hands-on Director, Community-Based Services to lead and grow our Seacoast, NH market . This role is ideal for a leader who enjoys being out in the community, developing people, building employer partnerships, and being accountable for results. What This Role Is This is a local leadership role responsible for leading a team and guiding the growth of the Seacoast market. As Director, you will: Lead, coach, and develop a team of employment professionals Actively represent WOU in the Seacoast-area business and community Build and maintain relationships with employers and referral partners Drive market growth, service delivery, and team performance Manage financial performance, including revenue generation and expense control You will split your time between coaching your team and actively working in the field . What You'll Be Doing Providing ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance management to your team Meeting with local employers to develop employment opportunities for our clients Building partnerships with community agencies and state funding sources Tracking outcomes and ensuring goals are met or exceeded Overseeing the fiscal health of the Seacoast market What We Are Looking For This role is best suited for someone who brings management maturity and accountability .

Required:

3-5 years of experience managing and developing a team Demonstrated success meeting performance, growth, or revenue-related goals Comfort working in the community and building external relationships Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to use technology to manage workflow and outcomes Preferred (not required): Experience in human services, workforce development, or nonprofit leadership Experience working with employer partners or community-based programs Why Work Opportunities Unlimited?
