Minimum of 10 years of experience in materials management leadership, specifically with expertise in MRP, Finite Scheduling Knowledge of tools like S4 Hana for MRP, PPDS and ATP tools. Experience working in materials management in both process manufacturing and discrete manufacturing environments to solve complex problems. Proficiency in utilizing advanced supply planning software and ERP systems to drive supply planning and materials management efficiency. Demonstrated ability to lead cross functional teams, drive accountability, change management, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.WE VALUE
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field. Experience in the petrochemical or process technology industries, preferably within Honeywell UOP or similar sectors. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization and technology integration. Familiarity with SAP ERP systems and Kinaxis RapidResponse is a plus. Lean Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement certification is desirable.ABOUT HONEYWELL

The annual base salary range for this position is $163,000 - $204,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
