We are seeking a Director of Academic Support to join our team on the main campus in Harrogate, Tennessee . This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping students thrive academically, building meaningful support systems, and creating pathways to success for future professionals. In this position, you will play an important role in supporting students through academic initiatives, study skills development, supplemental instruction, and collaboration with faculty and course directors. From individualized support to larger academic success strategies, your work will directly influence student achievement and persistence.

What You'll Do:

Direct academic support and assistance initiatives Collaborate with faculty and course directors to support student learning Develop and evaluate academic support activities and study skills programs Coordinate and facilitate test review sessions and supplemental instructional support Assess effectiveness and continuously improve student support strategies

What We're Looking For:
