Director of Activities and Social Services

We are excited to add a Director of Activities and Social Services to our dynamic team. At Advena Living we believe that everyone deserves to be seen and heard. The Director of Social Services will oversee all social services and resident advocacy efforts, working closely with residents, families, and staff to meet the social, emotional, and psychological needs of our residents. The Director will also ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and promote a compassionate, resident-centered approach. Minimum of 2-years' experience in Clinical Risk Management preferred Long term care experience preferred Possess knowledge and experience in clinical risk reduction techniques Must possess a friendly personality, the ability to listen as well as talk As the Activities Director you can have fun cultivating and implementing a robust activities program so our residents can lead full active lives in our community.
