DIRECTOR OF BRAND MARKETING
Goods iQ- North Kingstown, RI
- Hybrid
- Full-Time $130,000
- $170,000 DOE

- Lead transformative marketing strategies across digital, content, social, email, and traditional channels.

- Develop compelling positioning and messaging that connects with target consumers across every touchpoint.

- Partner with Sales, Product, and Operations to align marketing with broader business strategy.
- Lead new product commercialization, channel expansion, and customer experience initiatives.

- Proven track record building and scaling iconic consumer brands with clear vision and commercial results.

- Deep fluency in eCommerce, omnichannel retail, and the full consumer journey from discovery to loyalty.

- 8+ years of progressive brand marketing experience with consumer products, including digital and performance marketing.
- 2+ years of creative agency experience or multi-brand consumer products leadership.
- Strong background in eCommerce, performance marketing, and marketing analytics.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and project management tools (Asana or similar).
- Experience with digital shelf software tools, Salsify, Salesforce CRM & Marketing Cloud as strong plus
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; MBA a strong plus.
- Military experience a strong plus — we deeply respect the leadership and ownership mindset it develops.
- Base salary: $130,000
- $170,000 (commensurate with experience)
