DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS OPERATIONS

Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans to achieve short-term and long-term business objectives. Oversee daily operations, ensuring alignment with company goals, policies, and standards. Lead cross-functional teams in managing projects that improve operational efficiency and process workflows. Drive business development initiatives to expand market presence and revenue streams. Monitor profit & loss statements, analyze financial data, and implement corrective actions to maximize profitability. Supervise management teams, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing culture. Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and innovation to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction. Experience Proven management experience with a strong track record of leading diverse teams in a fast-paced environment. Extensive experience in strategic planning, business development, and project management. Demonstrated success in supervising operations with a focus on process improvement and efficiency gains. Solid understanding of profit & loss management, financial analysis, and budget oversight. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, influence stakeholders, and drive organizational change. Prior experience in sales or client relationship management is highly desirable.
