Reports to:

VP of R D, North America. Shape the future of innovation and customer experience. Prysmian Group is looking for a dynamic leader to drive technical excellence, market growth, and cutting-edge solutions across North America. In this role, you'll lead a talented team, influence industry standards, and ensure customers receive world-class support.

What You'll Do:

Lead field service and innovation teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Develop and execute strategic plans for new product introductions. Build strong customer relationships through technical support and product reviews. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Engineering to create impactful solutions. Represent Prysmian at trade shows and industry committees (ICEA, IEC, NEMA, etc.). Benchmark competitors and drive continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For Required:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. 10+ years in R D, field service, or innovation leadership. Strong customer engagement and stakeholder management skills. Ability to travel up to 60%.

Preferred:

Master's degree in a technical field. Expertise in design thinking, agile, and lean innovation. Experience managing budgets and cross-functional collaboration. Why Join Us?
