POSITION SUMMARY
Ensure the highest level of resident and guest satisfaction by delivering an exceptional five-star dining experience in an ultra-luxury residential environment. This position is responsible for overseeing all restaurants, lounge, in-residence dining, catering, and private event operations while driving operational excellence, financial performance, and brand prestige. The Director of Restaurants is dedicated to providing personalized service, cultivating strong resident relationships, and continuously improving service standards, efficiency, and profitability.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee daily operations of all on-site restaurants, lounges, in-residence dining, catering, and private event services Ensure impeccable food quality, presentation, and luxury-level service standards Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop seasonal menus and curated dining experiences Build and maintain strong relationships with residents; anticipate preferences and deliver personalized service Manage VIP dining requests, private events, wine dinners, and exclusive culinary experiences Address resident concerns promptly, professionally, and with discretion Develop and manage annual operating budgets and revenue forecasts Monitor labor costs, food cost percentages, and overall outlet profitability Analyze financial reports and implement strategies to improve performance and revenue growth Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise Restaurant Managers and service leadership teams Implement and maintain luxury service training programs and performance standards Ensure staffing levels align with occupancy, demand, and seasonal trends Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and labor regulations Ensure alignment with established luxury brand standards and quality assurance programs Foster a culture of professionalism, accountability, and excellence throughout the department
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS
8-12+ years of progressive restaurant leadership experience; multi-outlet or luxury hotel/residential experience preferred Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred Strong financial acumen with proven P&L management experience Experience serving high-net-worth clientele with discretion and emotional intelligence Exceptional communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills Extensive knowledge of luxury service standards, fine dining, and wine programs Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25-50 pounds as needed
