Director of Nursing

Govig Healthcare Group has partnered with a Skilled Nursing/Long Term Care operator with locations across Texas to identify an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead clinical operations and oversee nursing services within the community. This leader will be responsible for managing nursing staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving high standards of resident care. The Director of Nursing will oversee clinical processes including care planning, documentation integrity, and quality improvement initiatives while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to support positive resident outcomes. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership experience in skilled nursing, long-term care and/or memory care , deep knowledge in survey readiness, clinical documentation , and the ability to mentor and develop nursing teams in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Active RN license Prior leadership experience in skilled nursing, long-term care and/or memory care Experience managing nursing teams and driving quality care initiatives Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems and healthcare documentation standards This is an opportunity to join a respected organization and make a meaningful impact on resident care while leading a dedicated clinical team.

Pay:

$100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
