Description Director of Nursing (DON) - Full-Time Louisville, OH We are seeking a strong, experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our clinical team at a skilled nursing facility in Louisville, OH. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader who is passionate about quality care, team development, and driving positive clinical outcomes. Position Summary The Director of Nursing is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and direction of the nursing department. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality resident care while maintaining compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership and oversight to the nursing team, including RNs, LPNs, and STNAs Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations and maintain survey readiness Oversee staffing, scheduling, and clinical operations Monitor quality measures and implement performance improvement initiatives Lead and mentor nursing staff to promote a positive and accountable culture Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure excellent resident outcomes Manage infection control, risk management, and clinical policies/procedures Participate in budget planning and resource management Qualifications Active RN license in the state of Ohio Previous DON experience in a skilled nursing facility required Proven track record with successful survey outcomes Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations and reimbursement Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to build, lead, and retain a strong clinical team What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision) Supportive leadership team and strong operational support Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a well-established facility If you're a results-driven clinical leader ready to take the next step, we'd love to connect.
