Description Director of Nursing (DON) - Full-Time Louisville, OH We are seeking a strong, experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our clinical team at a skilled nursing facility in Louisville, OH. Position Summary The Director of Nursing is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and direction of the nursing department. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality resident care while maintaining compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
