Director of Nursing (DON) - Lima, OH Are you a compassionate and experienced nurse leader looking to make a real difference? We are seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to join our skilled nursing facility in Lima, Ohio . This is a full-time leadership role where you'll guide and support a strong clinical team committed to providing the highest level of resident care.

What You'll Do:

Oversee the nursing department and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements Lead and mentor nursing staff to foster a culture of clinical excellence and teamwork Partner with facility leadership to drive quality improvement initiatives Ensure the delivery of person-centered care and strong clinical outcomes

What We're Looking For:

Valid Ohio RN license Minimum 2 years of nursing leadership experience in long-term care or skilled nursing Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Passion for quality care and team development
