Director of Operations

About Us We are a fast-growing health and wellness company. We are looking for a high-level operations leader who can bring structure, clarity, and scalability to our growth. Role Overview The Director of Operations is responsible for building and leading the operational backbone of our e-commerce business. This role oversees supply chain, inventory, fulfillment, warehouse operations, customer experience, and product execution. You will build systems, lead managers, and create operational excellence at scale. You will bring visibility, accountability, and flow across all operational functions. What You'll Own Operations & Supply Chain Own end-to-end product flow: forecasting, purchasing, inventory, fulfillment, and delivery Build scalable systems to support growth and product launches Manage supplier relationships, lead times, and cost efficiency Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions proactively Warehouse & Fulfillment Lead the Floor Manager and fulfillment team Ensure accuracy, speed, and 48-hour shipping standards Establish and track KPIs (order accuracy, pick/pack rates, inventory accuracy) Optimize layout, staffing, and workflow efficiency Customer Experience Oversee Customer Service Manager Align customer experience with operations and inventory Monitor response times, issue resolution, and feedback trends Use insights to improve systems and products Product Development & Procurement Oversee Product Development team from product concept to warehouse readiness Manage procurement timelines, specifications, and vendor coordination Align inventory with marketing and sales forecasts Cross-Functional Leadership Coordinate with marketing and creative teams for launches, packaging, and SKUs Ensure operational feasibility of all initiatives Leadership & Communication Lead weekly operations meetings and manager 1:1s Establish clear goals, KPIs, and accountability systems Drive ownership and continuous improvement across teams Executive Reporting Provide clear, concise updates to leadership Report on KPIs, inventory, fulfillment, risks, and staffing Ensure operations align with company strategy and growth goals Amazon & Fulfillment Performance Oversee Amazon shipping performance and account health Monitor key metrics (Late Shipment Rate, Order Defect Rate, Tracking Rate) Manage reimbursement processes and cost optimization Maintain compliance with 48-hour shipping standards Who You Are Proven operations leader with experience in e-commerce, fulfillment, or product-based businesses Strong systems thinker who builds scalable processes Experienced in leading managers and cross-functional teams Highly organized with strong attention to detail Clear, direct communicator who creates alignment Data-driven and accountable to results Comfortable in a fast-paced, growing environment Proactive problem solver who takes initiative Why This Role This is a key leadership position in a growing company with strong mission and momentum. Pay:

$70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
