Position Summary The Director of Operations is the operational leader and right hand to CEO, responsible for executing daily operations, leading the team, and driving measurable growth. This role owns performance across operations, financials, and patient experience, with clear KPIs and incentive-based compensation tied to results. Key Responsibilities Operations & Execution Own daily operations including patient flow, scheduling, and mobile service logistics Build, implement, and refine systems to improve efficiency, scalability, and consistency Ensure seamless coordination between clinical and administrative functions Growth & Performance Drive patient volume, retention, and overall practice growth Track and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust operations accordingly Identify and execute opportunities to expand services and increase revenue Financial Management Oversee budgeting, payroll, and day-to-day financial performance Manage and optimize revenue cycle (billing, collections, reimbursements) Maintain accountability for profitability and cost control Leadership & Accountability Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team Establish clear expectations, metrics, and accountability across staff Hire, train, and schedule team members to ensure operational excellence Patient Experience & Compliance Ensure exceptional patient care and service standards Resolve patient concerns quickly and effectively Maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations and internal policies Clinical Support Step in as needed to support clinical operations and maintain workflow continuity Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Patient volume growth Provider utilization/productivity Revenue and profitability targets Revenue cycle performance (collections, AR days, claim success rate) Schedule efficiency and fill rate Patient satisfaction and retention Staff performance and retention Compensation & Incentives Competitive base salary Performance-based bonus tied to KPIs (monthly/quarterly) Growth incentives tied to revenue and profitability milestones Opportunity for increased compensation based on sustained performance and impact Qualifications Required experience in management, leadership, and operational oversight Strong financial acumen and experience managing KPIs and growth Demonstrated leadership and team development skills Highly organized with strong execution and problem-solving ability Ability to perform under pressure and make high-level decisions Forward-thinking, proactive, and results-driven
  • Healthcare experience management experience is preferred but not required.
