Director Of Operations Luminous Services LLC White Oak, TX Job Details 1 day ago Benefits Opportunities for advancement Qualifications Decision making Full Job Description Director of Operations Commercial Cleaning & Facility Services We are seeking a highly driven, organized and hands-on Director of Operations to oversee nightly operations for a rapidly growing commercial cleaning company servicing large churches, schools, office buildings, and commercial facilities. This is not an entry-level management role. We are looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, can lead people well, solve problems quickly, and maintain high operational standards across 50+ employees and 50+ facilities. If you are highly organized, adaptable, people-focused, and capable of managing both systems and staff with excellence, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities Oversee scheduling and nightly operations for 50+ employees across 50+ commercial buildings Manage building leads and solo cleaning technicians Maintain and follow a detailed inspection schedule for all accounts Conduct building inspections and ensure quality standards are consistently met Meet face-to-face with staff for coaching, accountability, and support Ensure proper documentation, write-ups, and communication are completed in company apps and systems Monitor employee time clocks and ensure apps are being used correctly Launch and oversee new building accounts Manage inventory, supply organization, and operational flow Ensure laundry operations and shop cleanliness are maintained Assist with staffing coverage and problem-solving when operational issues arise Communicate professionally with clients and leadership Maintain a strong sense of urgency, time management, and follow-through Requirements Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities at once Comfortable working overnight shifts and Sundays Ability to adapt to different personalities and management styles Strong organizational and time management skills Comfortable holding employees accountable while maintaining professionalism Ability to work independently and make decisions confidently Experience managing teams, operations, or logistics preferred Commercial cleaning or facility management experience is a plus, but leadership ability matters most What We Offer Opportunity for future advancement and leadership growth A fast-growing company with long-term potential A team-oriented environment where hard work is recognized The ability to make a real impact on company growth and operations We are looking for someone who takes pride in building strong systems, leading people well, and creating operational excellence.
