This is a part-time position in a fast-paced mobile food business. The right person should have a good attitude, be able to follow instructions, work clean, move quickly, and treat customers well. Food service experience is helpful, but dependability and willingness to learn are just as important. Duties Prepare and assemble menu items according to Wonton Nation's recipes and procedures. Help with food prep, including filling, folding, organizing, and restocking ingredients. Greet customers, take orders, and provide friendly customer service. Operate the point-of-sale system and handle cash or card transactions accurately. Keep the food truck clean, organized, and sanitary during service. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and food-handling procedures. Assist with setup and breakdown before and after events. Restock supplies, monitor product levels, and help keep inventory organized. Work quickly and safely during busy service times. Support other team members as needed to keep operations running smoothly. Requirements Must be dependable and show up on time. Must have reliable transportation. Must be able to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced food truck environment. Must have a positive attitude and be willing to work as part of a team. Basic math skills for handling orders, payments, and change. Food service, restaurant, café, kitchen, or customer service experience is preferred but not required. Must be able to follow recipes, procedures, and food safety standards. Must be able to obtain a Texas Food Handler certification if not already certified. Must be able to keep work areas clean and organized. Pay Starting pay is $11.50 per hour , with the potential for a raise and performance bonus after 30 days based on dependability, attitude, food safety, speed, ability to follow procedures, and overall performance.
