Key Responsibilities Direct and oversee all pharmacy operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory standards. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance departmental performance and service delivery. Lead, mentor, and evaluate pharmacy staff, promoting an environment of continuous professional development. Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and compliance, including HIPAA standards. Integrate evidence-based practices into clinical protocols to enhance patient care. Qualifications Current pharmacy license in Utah. Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution; Doctorate in Pharmacy preferred. Prior experience in an acute care hospital setting is essential.
