Job Description

Job Summary Mitchell Tees, an industry leader in customized swag, signs, and sports, is seeking a Sales & Marketing Director to lead our next phase of growth. Candidates should have a minimum of five years sales experience, with a minimum of two years in a management role. Candidates should be able to lead a team in the four stages of sales: lead generation and qualification; lead conversion; deal closing; post sale actions. Sales & Marketing Director candidates will need leadership qualities that inspire team collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities:
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Strategic Planning:
Drive growth and revenue for our business. Set sales goals Develop and implement sales and marketing plans.
Team Leadership:
Hiring new team members. Mentoring existing and new team members. Direct oversight of your team members in their day-to-day operations. Collaborate with your team on customer artwork and design needs. Collaborate with the production and graphic teams to relay the customer's expectations, and ensure their brand standards are being met. Work with our internal teams to ensure alignment on vision, goals, and execution. Ensure prospects and customers are receiving information quickly and efficiently. Manage jobs from initial contact to completion. Track customer interactions, post call notes, and updating sales process stages in CRM. Interact with customers over the phone, via email, and in person. Provide a strong first impression to our current and prospective customers. Customer conflict resolution.
Sales Growth and Forecasting:
Set sales targets. Identify customer behaviors and spending habits. Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of customer and overall needs. Analyze market trends. Oversee and manage our advertising and brand awareness via: Digital platforms Event sponsorship Promotions Direct contact with our customers and potential customers.
Expand our business by:
Growing relationships with our current customers through the marketing of new products and decoration methods. Prospecting and creating new sales opportunities. Being knowledgeable about our industry and the products/services sold by our company and our partner vendors. Recommend changes in products, decoration methods and service, based on the individual customer needs. Delivering consistent and branded sales messaging. Provide direct client feedback to the business.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in business to business (b2b) sales roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role. Outstanding communication skills (face-to-face, email and phone). A dedication to providing the highest level of customer service possible. Detail oriented and able to complete tasks with minimal oversight. Self-Motivated.
