Dishwasher

Who you are: As a porter, you are responsible for the overall cleanliness of the kitchen and restaurant. Ensuring adherence to proper sanitation standards when washing pots/pans and cleaning up within the kitchen and prep areas, is of the utmost importance. Porters are required to handle multiple daily responsibilities, such as displaying the willingness to learn, take direction, and work in a team environment. What you'll do:

• Display cooperation, a sense of urgency, pride in your work, and food safety through high integrity performance of ware washing and facility maintenance duties
• Work with the kitchen team to keep all cookware and storage containers clean and in good shape
• Maintain organization of cookware by returning it to its respective storage areas properly
• Learn and retain standard operating procedures for all sanitation duties while consistently following a timeline and cleaning project schedule
• Partner with kitchen team to promote teamwork and efficient excellence in station turnover and end of shift breakdown
• Empty trash containers regularly
• Check cook stations for dirty dish pickups
• Maintain a clean work area and kitchen by sweeping and mopping as needed
• Perform additional cleaning duties as requested
