Dishwasher

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team. As a Dishwasher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in our kitchen. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are thoroughly cleaned and ready for use. Duties:

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand
• Ensure that all dishes and utensils are properly cleaned and sanitized
• Sort and stack clean dishes for easy access by kitchen staff
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen work areas, including sweeping and mopping floors
• Empty trash cans regularly and dispose of waste properly
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects if necessary

Skills:

• Knowledge of hotel, catering, or banquet operations is a plus
• Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and utensils
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
