Responsibilities Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment using proper cleaning techniques Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all areas meet health and safety standards Assist with food handling tasks such as bussing tables and supporting food preparation when needed Support catering events by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for use Collaborate with kitchen staff to organize supplies and manage waste disposal effectively Follow proper procedures for cleaning kitchen appliances, floors, and work surfaces to promote a hygienic environment Contribute to a team-oriented atmosphere by maintaining a positive attitude and supporting colleagues during busy service periods Qualifications Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key!
