Search Performance Manager

We're partnering with a global retail corporation, to find a talented Search Performance Manager. This role is based on-site in Hoboken and is a 6-12-month temporary opportunity . The position focuses on analyzing and enhancing search campaigns to meet marketing and revenue targets within a highly data-driven environment.

Search Performance Manager Responsibilities:

Analyze and refine first-party supplier search campaigns to meet marketing and revenue goals. Develop strategies for keyword targeting, account configurations, bidding, and budgeting. Collaborate with sales, account management, and ad tech teams to ensure campaign effectiveness. Manage and optimize advertising budgets and bids for improved results. Monitor campaign performance, providing insights, reports, and actionable recommendations.

Search Performance Manager Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of the retail media and advertising industry. Experience with paid search and performance marketing campaigns. Proven analytical skills with the ability to interpret data into practical strategies. Experience working cross-functionally within sales or account-driven organizations. Revenue-focused mindset with a solid understanding of performance optimization tactics.
