Duties Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment to uphold health and safety standards Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as organizing supplies and handling ingredients under supervision Support catering and banquet setups by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for use Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, and storage spaces Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely turnover of dishes during busy service periods Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination and ensure hygiene compliance Contribute to overall kitchen cleanliness through regular cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and waste disposal Skills Strong understanding of food handling safety protocols and sanitation standards Experience with bussing tables and supporting food service operations preferred Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments such as restaurants, hotels, or catering events Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen procedures Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting culinary staff Familiarity with banquet or large-event service experience is a plus Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items when necessary Embark on your hospitality journey with us!
