Duties Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment promptly and thoroughly Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables or assembling ingredients when needed Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations, sinks, and surrounding areas to meet health and safety standards Support catering and banquet setups by providing clean dishware and assisting with event-related cleaning needs Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure hygiene compliance across all kitchen activities Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of clean dishes during busy service hours Contribute to overall kitchen cleanliness through regular cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, and waste disposal Skills Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices in a restaurant or hospitality setting Experience with bussing tables, food prep, or catering environments is a plus Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of basic kitchen equipment operation and cleaning procedures Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards supporting culinary operations Prior restaurant or hotel experience preferred but not required; willingness to learn is key Good physical stamina for standing long hours, lifting heavy items, and performing repetitive tasks Join us in creating an inviting atmosphere where cleanliness meets excellence!
