Job Summary We are looking for a reliable and motivated Dishwasher to join our hospitality team. In this role, you will be essential in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, supporting food service operations, and ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are sanitized and ready for use. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, enjoys working in a team, and has a passion for hospitality and food service. Responsibilities Wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment efficiently and thoroughly to meet health standards. Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as bussing tables and organizing supplies. Support catering and banquet events by ensuring all dishware and serving items are clean and available. Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, and storage spaces. Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure safety. Help with general cleaning duties around the kitchen and dining areas to uphold hygiene standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy service times. Qualifications Previous experience in food handling or hospitality is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is key. Knowledge of cleaning procedures and safety regulations related to food service environments. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting. Strong attention to detail when cleaning and organizing supplies. Good communication skills to work effectively with team members.
