Responsibilities:

Dishwashing Excellence:

Utilize dishwashers or manual washing techniques to clean dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans to impeccable standards of hygiene and sanitation.

Kitchen Hygiene:

Keep the kitchen and dishwashing area spotless and organized at all times, including sweeping and mopping floors, emptying trash, and maintaining cleanliness of surfaces and equipment.

Supporting Kitchen Operations:

Assist kitchen staff with various tasks such as food prep, stocking supplies, and inventory management to facilitate smooth operations.

Safety Compliance:

Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations, including proper handling and storage of chemicals, to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.

Team Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with kitchen colleagues to maintain an efficient workflow and ensure timely completion of tasks, fostering a positive and productive team environment.

Equipment Maintenance:

Conduct routine maintenance on dishwashing equipment, promptly reporting any malfunctions or maintenance needs to management to ensure continuous operation.

Flexibility:

Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling, including availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts, to meet the evolving needs of the restaurant.

Requirements:
