Duties Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment promptly and thoroughly to meet health standards Assist with food preparation tasks such as peeling, chopping, or organizing ingredients when needed Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, and storage spaces Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of clean dishes for service and catering events Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold safety standards during cleaning processes Skills Strong understanding of food handling safety and sanitation practices Experience in food service environments such as restaurants, hotels, or catering operations Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and cleaning supplies Excellent teamwork skills to support culinary staff and front-of-house operations Previous experience with dish washing or back-of-house service is a plus Enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn new skills within the hospitality industry This role offers an opportunity to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
