Job description Responsibilities Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment Assist with bussing tables and clearing dining areas during service Support food preparation activities as needed, including basic food handling and setup Maintain cleanliness of kitchen Follow proper procedures for food handling and sanitation to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow during busy periods Requirements Knowledge of cleaning procedures and food safety standards Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude Basic understanding of kitchen operations such as bussing, food preparation, or culinary experience is a plus
