Responsibilities Efficiently wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment to uphold hygiene standards. Support Staff by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for service. Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing station, including sinks, counters, and storage areas. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow during busy service periods. Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure safety compliance. Assist with general cleaning duties around the kitchen and dining areas to uphold a hygienic environment. Launder Towels and Linens Requirements Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is key! Knowledge of basic cleaning procedures and food safety standards. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
