Duties Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment using proper food safety protocols. Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all areas meet health and safety standards. Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as organizing supplies and handling food items with care to prevent cross-contamination. Support meal preparation by providing clean dishes and utensils for cooking and serving staff. Manage waste disposal and recycling processes in accordance with environmental guidelines. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely availability of clean cookware and serviceware during busy periods. Follow all food handling procedures to uphold high standards of hygiene and safety in the food industry. Qualifications Previous experience working in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is valued! Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation procedures is advantageous. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks efficiently. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization in a fast-paced setting.
