Dishwasher/Busser

Overview We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher/Busser to join our dynamic hospitality team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient dining environment. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing excellent service and supporting the culinary team by ensuring dishes, utensils, and dining areas are spotless and ready for guests. Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is a plus, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn and grow within the hospitality industry. Responsibilities Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met Clear tables promptly and efficiently, assisting servers with bussing duties to maintain a smooth flow of service Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed, including setting up stations and restocking supplies Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including sweeping and mopping floors, wiping down surfaces, and disposing of trash Support the culinary team during busy periods by providing additional assistance with food handling and preparation Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and sanitation practices Help set up banquet or catering events as required, ensuring all areas are prepared according to specifications Experience Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, catering, or hospitality is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Familiarity with bussing, food preparation, cleaning protocols, and kitchen operations is advantageous Experience with banquet service or hotel food service environments is a plus Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices is beneficial Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role
