Support catering and banquet setups by transporting dishes, utensils, and supplies to event spaces. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including floors, counters, sinks, and storage spaces. Handle food handling duties responsibly by adhering to safety protocols and proper sanitation procedures. Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely service and a seamless dining experience. Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key. Experience in bussing or dishwashing roles within hospitality settings such as hotels or catering events is advantageous. Familiarity with food handling safety standards and sanitation practices is beneficial. Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail.
