Job Overview We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Host/Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. This role requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members. Beginning hours will be Friday Evening, Saturday and Sunday Daytime. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables. Provide menus and inform guests about daily specials and promotions. Take beverage orders accurately. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a positive dining experience. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service flow and guest satisfaction. Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, providing information about menu items and making reservations as needed. Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude and willingness to help others contribute to an enjoyable atmosphere for both guests and staff.
