Marketing and Promotions Coordinator

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide timely and courteous guest service Execute all marketing, promotions, and social media content to support business objectives Oversee delivery and execution of collateral to ensure brand consistency across venues Collaborate closely with managers to gather feedback and optimize promotions and marketing materials Assist with special events, Ridge Rewards execution, and partnership efforts to enhance value of the player's club Assist with execution and building of kiosk promotions Coordinate signage, digital messaging, and marketing item placement and removal Support administrative duties necessary for the marketing department Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members Perform other duties as assigned Required Qualifications Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team Committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and safety-conscious work environment Ability to access and input information using a moderately complex computer system Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word; familiarity with collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams Education and Experience 1 year of marketing experience required As the Marketing and Promotion Coordinator, you are a key driver of the Acorn Ridge's brand presence and operational. You work directly with operational leaders to coordinate marketing initiatives that support business goals and elevate the guest experience. By managing branding efforts and developing collateral, you ensure consistent, compelling communication that strengthens our market position and fosters lasting connections with our audience.
