Dishwasher/Busser

IHOP Dishwasher/Busser Are you a team player with a strong work ethic? IHOP is looking for a dedicated Dishwasher/Busser to join our busy team! In this dual role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring our restaurant runs smoothly and our guests have a great dining experience.

Responsibilities:

Dishwashing:

Operate dishwashing equipment, wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans, and ensure the kitchen area remains clean and organized.

Bussing:

Clear and clean tables quickly and efficiently for new guests, assist with maintaining dining room cleanliness, and support servers as needed. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations. Be a proactive team member, ready to assist with other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Prior experience in a restaurant setting is a plus, but not required - we're happy to train the right person!
