In this energetic role, you will ensure the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen and dining areas, support food service operations, and help create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will contribute to the smooth flow of our restaurant, banquet, or catering services, making every guest feel valued and comfortable. Responsibilities Efficiently clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold health standards. Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain a clean and inviting dining environment. Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including basic plating or ingredient setup under supervision. Support banquet and catering events by setting up tables, clearing service areas, and ensuring supplies are stocked. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, workstations, and dining areas through regular sweeping, mopping, and trash removal. Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to facilitate smooth food service operations. Follow all food handling safety protocols and hygiene standards diligently. Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key! Knowledge of basic cleaning procedures and food handling safety standards. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience with bussing tables or supporting catering events is a plus. Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities.
