Duties Operate commercial dishwashing machines and manually wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans with precision and care. Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen surfaces, floors, sinks, and storage areas to uphold health standards. Bus tables or assist with light food service duties to support the overall hospitality experience. Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene in all cleaning activities. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely cleanup during busy service periods, maintaining a smooth workflow. Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key! Familiarity with cleaning procedures in a hospitality setting or hotel environment is advantageous. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting is essential.
