The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment and a strong understanding of food safety and preparation techniques. We're paying $14-$16, depending on experience. Duties Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations. Assist in menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal ingredients. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives and other cooking tools. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with ordering as needed. Participate in catering events as required, ensuring high-quality food presentation. Qualifications Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is required (2-3+ year). Strong understanding of food safety practices and regulations. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent knife skills and familiarity with various cooking techniques. Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
