Duties Efficiently wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold health and safety standards Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, portioning, and assembling ingredients for various menu items Support the culinary team during busy service periods by bussing tables and clearing dishes promptly Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen workstations, dining areas, and service stations through regular cleaning routines Help with catering and banquet setups by preparing ingredients and ensuring all necessary supplies are ready for service Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality of all food items prepared or served Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and excellent guest experiences Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key Knowledge of basic food handling, cleaning protocols, and kitchen safety standards Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and efficiency Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues during high-volume service times Experience with bussing, food preparation, catering, or banquet work is a plus but not mandatory Familiarity with culinary or hotel environments enhances your ability to succeed in this role A commitment to maintaining cleanliness, safety, and quality standards at all times This position is ideal for motivated individuals eager to grow their culinary skills while contributing to a vibrant hospitality environment.
