Duties Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment efficiently to maintain cleanliness standards. Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients under supervision. Support catering and events by preparing food items and ensuring timely setup and cleanup. Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen spaces through regular cleaning routines. Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols. Buss tables by clearing dishes promptly and assisting servers as needed to ensure smooth service flow. Support kitchen staff with basic cooking tasks when required, contributing to meal preparation during busy periods. Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant, hotel, or catering environments is preferred. Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and bending. Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization. Willingness to learn new skills related to food preparation and kitchen operations. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
