• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashing equipment or by hand
• Ensure that all dishes are properly cleaned, sanitized, and stored
• Assist with food preparation as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area
• Empty trash containers regularly
• Sweep and mop floors as necessary
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations ```Skills``` To excel in this role, you should have the following skills:

• Bussing:

  Ability to clear tables and clean dining areas efficiently

• Restaurant:

  Familiarity with restaurant operations and kitchen procedures
• Food preparation: Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety protocols

• Catering:

  Understanding of catering operations and ability to assist with event setup and breakdown

• Culinary:

  Interest in culinary arts and willingness to learn from experienced chefs

• Food service: Experience in a food service setting is preferred but not required
