Responsibilities Efficiently wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans to ensure availability for all food service operations Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen staff during busy periods Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dining areas, and service stations by sweeping, mopping, and trash disposal Support catering and banquet events by ensuring all serving ware is clean and properly arranged Help with bussing tables and clearing dishes during service to promote smooth operations Follow food handling safety protocols to ensure hygiene standards are met at all times Collaborate with team members to uphold a clean and safe working environment Requirements Prior experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential Knowledge of food handling safety procedures and sanitation standards Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and efficiency Strong attention to detail in cleaning practices and organization Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues during high-pressure situations Previous experience with catering, banquet setups, or hotel operations is a plus but not mandatory A proactive mindset with a commitment to maintaining a safe and hygienic workspace Join us in delivering outstanding service through your dedication to cleanliness and support!
