Working with law enforcement, community corrections agencies and the court system, we provide customized offender management solutions that help to reduce recidivism and improve reentry success. These solutions combine electronic monitoring technology, alcohol and substance abuse testing and community-based offender management programs.

Responsible for ensuring that all terms and conditions of the customer contracts are met while providing polite and professional customer service. Provide support to customers and internal staff (installers) on all company supported applications and hardware offerings. Job Expectations +
Essential Functions:
Act as a first line contact with the customer's personnel providing a polite and efficient service. Effectively coordinate and schedule Installations, Service Requests and Equipment Retrieval jobs. Enter, update and monitor client activity on the database on receipt of appropriate fax from clients, print and fax reports to agencies as required. Use phone system to make outbound calls, route calls and take inbound calls. Upholds current security standards by verifying customer identities. Acquire a complete understanding (end user level) of all systems used to Monitor participant's (RF, GPS, Voice Verification). Perform other related duties as assigned.
