Dispatch Support Representative

Breckenridge Trucking, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time well-qualified dispatch assistant to support the operations team by tracking loads, communicating with drivers, and data entry. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Monitoring active loads and updating stop information.
• Acting as primary contact between drivers and customers.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and transportation regulations.
• Enter load information into TMW dispatch system.
• Answer and manage a multi-line phone system.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with each driver to ensure their needs are met by the company.
• Manage high volumes of date entry and troubleshoot technical issues.

Qualifications:

• Must have basic computer skills
• Must have basic DOT regulation knowledge
• Proficiency in GPS tracking systems and Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a face-paced environment
• Proficient in typing
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Professional and reliable work ethic
• Must be punctual and reliable
• High school diploma or
